You will notice a lot of changes happening at Thomas Library this summer. Many of the materials on the main floor of the library are being moved to make room for the construction of offices and study space for the future student success center.

We plan to keep the library open throughout the renovation and construction. All library services will remain available. Some materials may be temporarily out of reach.

The area under construction will be off limits. Areas near the construction will remain open as long as it is safe to keep them open. However, these areas will likely be noisy and may be subject to fumes from construction materials. The first and third floors of the library, particularly on the western side, are farther from the construction and will provide quieter areas for work and study.

The current plan is to have everything back in place and up and running before the start of classes this fall. Watch this space for updates.
