Each year Wittenberg University honors outstanding students, faculty and staff at the annual Honors Convocation. This year the Honors Convocation was held on Friday, April 6, 2018, in Weaver Chapel. We are always pleased to find names of library student-employees who have received well-deserved recognition and it is my pleasure to recognize them now. I apologize if I missed your name and you were not included on the list. Please know it was not intentional.<\/p>\n
Madeline K. Kreitzer<\/strong> Allyson J. Masterson<\/strong> Faith V. Meads<\/strong> Sierra N. Sandy<\/strong> Savannah M. Sullivan<\/strong> J, Luke Durell<\/strong> Kayla M. Johnson<\/strong> Valerie J. Richards<\/strong> Kidron B. Taylor<\/strong> Deanna M. Volz<\/strong> Kathryn G. Wetterstroem<\/strong> Miranda M. Zielinski<\/strong> Leah G. Hilley<\/strong> Chelby Dye<\/strong> presented a poster entitled \u201cCan Animals and Plants Adapt to Global Warming?\u201d<\/p>\n Kayla Johnson<\/strong> was a participant on the panel, Perspectives on Sex and Religion<\/em> where she presented a paper entitled \u201cReligion and the Environment: Japan.\u201d<\/p>\n Samantha Reynolds<\/strong> presented a poster titled \u201cRunning From Change: Refugees of Climate Change.\u201d<\/p>\n Heddie Samuelson<\/strong> presented a poster entitled \u201cInfluence of Seasonal Sea Surface Temperature on Long-Term Spatial and Temporal Trends in Atlantic White Sided Dolphin (Lagenorhynchus Acutus) Sightings Near Jeffry\u2019s Ledge, Gulf of Maine.\u201d<\/p>\n Deanna Volz<\/strong> has artwork on display at the Senior Art Exhibition in Koch Hall.<\/p>\n In addition, Doug Lehman<\/strong> participated in \u201cThe Celebration of Learning,\u201d chairing the panel, \u201cAmerican Perspectives, Perceptions and Myths.\u201d<\/p>\n Again, congratulations on your accomplishments and honors. For the seniors, I wish you the best of luck as you pursue the next step in your life\u2019s journey.
