Eating and preparing healthier options may be more difficult during the semester, but this book gives students great options for nourishing brain food. Drew Ramsey provides readers with a great insight of taking care of your body with healthy recipes and food choices. Lythcott-Haims book is full of guidance and encouragement about successful &#8220;adulting.&#8221; This is a book about the big picture, not how to balance a bank account and make grilled cheese, although those are useful too. In addition to wonderful advice, <em>Your Turn ,<\/em> utilizes many personal stories to great effect in illustrating the challenges, strategies, and triumphs of becoming an adult. That is, do you want to know how to study for college, where \u201cgood work\u201d can take on a far more nebulous form, and the steps to assignment completion may be far less defined than when you were in high school. Maybe you already know how to study, but you want a quick refresher on split-page note-taking. Nist-Olejnik and Holschuh in College Rules provides you tips on how to concentrate better, how to take notes, and how to handle the everyday stress that can come with being a college student.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resources and Services at Wittenberg University<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a brief list of resources and services offered to Wittenberg Students.
